Story

To explore the light expression in a dark theme, especially on how to make clean dark background images, we developed this project also to showcase the blue dress profile with the little diamonds on the lips.

Summary

• The speed lite has a cap of 1/250 flash speed limit. However, AD200 does not have this limit and it can be in highspeed sync.

• The highspeed sync opens and closes the shutter with a gap time, it is not recommended to use highspeed sync unless needed.

• The Light Rule: double the distance, quarter the light. The larger the apparent size of a light source, the softer it is.

• To get a dark background, put the light close to the subject and let the subject seats far from the background if possible.
